In-Memory OLTP - What can it do for me?

In Memory Technology was first introduced in SQL Server 2014. In that version, it had several limitations, but was still a perfectly usable feature - given the right use case. SQL Server 2016 removes several of these limitations and widens the use cases of in-memory OLTP. This session will introduce you to in-memory from the ground up. We’ll look at storing data in tables and retrieving it using conventional TSQL and the new natively compiled objects – such as stored procedures. After that we’ll look at a few use cases that you might find interesting. You’ll be fine attending this webcast with little to no knowledge of in-memory OLTP, but at the conclusion you’ll be able to answer the question “What can In-Memory OLTP do for me”
